CAMP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Submit a separate registration for each child
2. Select each camp week, adding each to the cart one at a time.
3. Do a separate checkout for each child.
4. Complete the full enrollment packet for each child (check your email for the enrollment packet after registration)
5. Balance is due by May 31, 2026. See pricing section below or see the website for full camp costs. Your submission fee will be applied to your invoice balance. (Early bird pricing ends May 15th)
Daily Camp Schedule:
7am-9am Early Care
9am-12pm Morning Session
12pm-1pm Playground & half day transition time
1pm-4pm Afternoon Session
4pm-7pm After Care
This is a premium hands-on STEM experience designed for young learners ages 4 to 7. Where kids learn science, math and life skills through fun, hands-on food and craft experiments - all in a safe, air conditioned facility in an indoor playground. Includes all ingredients, daily hands-on activities, experiments, and take-home creations. Outdoor time daily. Camp Rules & Information:
Child Ages & Requirements:
Children must be 4 years old by the first day of camp and may not be 8 or older by the first day of camp to attend. We are able to offer only 1 curriculum this summer and believe this age group best fits the program we are delivering. Children must also be potty trained in order to attend.
Multiple Children:
If registering more than 1 child, please complete separate registrations and enrollment packets for each child. The multi-child discount will be applied on the backend and you will see this in your final invoice.
Special Needs:
If your child has special needs, you may proceed with registration. Our ability or inability to handle their specific situation will be assessed once the enrollment packet has been received. Should be we determine that we are not equipped to handle their specific situation, you will be contacted within 7-days and a full refund of your registration fee will be made.
Staffing Ratios:
We will always have at least one qualified staff member for every 12 children as well as a qualified health supervisor on site during all camp main and extended care hours.
Sock Policy:
Children will be provided 1 pair of playground grip socks and a t-shirt at the beginning of the week. Please ensure that they either leave these in their cubby or bring them to camp each day.
Enrollment Packet with Waiver Required:
The enrollment packet will be emailed to you once registration is complete. Kindly fill out all forms. We take your child's health and safety very seriously, so we appreciate your time in thoroughly completing this step.
Adults:
Parents are not allowed to stay for the main camp session from 9am to 4pm. However, up to 2 adults may accompany their child during early care open play (7am-9am) and after care open play (4pm-7pm) if extended care has been purchased as part of the camp. The playground will be private during early care and will be open to the public during after care.
Food:
Lunch and 2 snacks will be provided daily for full day enrollments. Special dietary needs may be indicated in the full enrollment packet.
Birthdays:
If your child is celebrating a birthday during their week of camp, please let us know in advance so we can plan something special.
Illness:
Children displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed entry. This is at the staff’s sole discretion. Please be considerate of our staff as well as other kids and families and keep the kids home if they are sick.
Gum & Outside Food:
Gum is not allowed at camp. Outside food may be provided for special diets only and must be handed to a counselor during check-in. Children will not be allowed to self-serve snacks during the program. Foods containing peanuts are not allowed.
Rules:
We strive to provide a safe and positive environment for all children. The rules for camp are documented in the enrollment packet which you will receive by email after registration.

Add-on's including early care (7am-9am) and after care (4pm-7pm) may be added using the enrollment form, which will be emailed to you after initial registration is complete. Add-on's do not require an additional registration fee.
Half Day Registrations
We are accepting morning (9am-12pm) and afternoon (1pm-4pm) enrollments on a limited basis. Please go through the registration and enrollment process and select your preferred schedule in the enrollment from. We will do our best to pair families AM/PM and confirm half day spots as they become available. Please expect a call if you are requesting a half day spot.
If we are unable to provide a half day spot, we will reach out and refund your submission fee.
