Playground Rules & Information:
Sock Policy:
Children must wear or purchase grip socks for entry. Adults must wear regular socks or purchase grip socks for entry. Shoes, are not allowed to be worn in the playground.
Waivers Required:
Every person entering the facility must complete a waiver every 180 days. Waiver available in header at iplayology.com
Adult Admission:
Each child ticket includes two free adults
Food Policy:
Outside food is allowed. However, this is expected to change sometime in spring 2026. Food may only be eaten in the dining area.
Birthdays:
Cakes, cupcakes and party decorations are not allowed without a confirmed birthday party reservation.
Illness:
Children displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed entry. This is at the staff’s sole discretion. Please be considerate of our staff as well as other kids and families and keep the kids home if they are sick.
Gum:
Gum is not allowed in the playground
Behavior & Supervision:
We strive to provide a safe and positive play environment for all children. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children while in the playground. If your child is having a difficult moment or going through a challenging phase, we kindly ask that you remain close by to help guide their behavior and support them as needed. If a child's behavior poses a safety concern to themselves, or other children, our staff may step in. In these cases, parents may be asked to assist with a brief time-out or, if necessary, to end their visit early. Decisions are made at staff discretion in the interest of everyone's safety. No refunds will be provided.
